Director

Richard Payne

As one of the founding Directors, Richard has been with Iocane for 25 years heading up operations. An experienced and committed senior management team allows Richard time to focus on the bigger picture of the business. Watching his operational teams thrive and engineers progress to positions of greater responsibility is a source of great satisfaction. Away from work, Richard is an avid golfer and enjoys travel and fine restaurant dining.

Head of Sales and Government Services

Tim Kelly

With more than 20 years in the provision of ICT services to government and enterprise clients, Tim brings a wealth of experience to Iocane. Well-versed in both commercial and government sectors, Tim’s management roles have encompassed end-to-end IT service delivery, team leadership and government, contract, compliance, and stakeholder management. Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time outdoors—walking his dog, kayaking, camping, and fishing.

Head of Project Services

Sharon Siemers

With over 20 years of experience working in technology-related roles, including delivery of business technology projects, Sharon heads up our Project Services team, leading project managers and a team of engineers responsible for Networking Security and Systems, Infrastructure, Exchange and Cloud. Sharon’s strengths are in supporting her team to deliver quality services and an exemplary customer experience and she thrives in the collaborative and collegiate culture of Iocane. Outside of work, Sharon loves spending time with her multitude of animals, reading voraciously and spending time in nature.

Managed Services – Team Lead

Deborah Lewis

Deborah oversees delivery of high quality and timely managed services which are pivotal to maintaining productive client relationships. After five years at Iocane, Deborah loves the collaborative team culture and the positive impact Iocane engineers have on clients when solving a technical problem. At home, Deborah has a passion for portrait photography involving her kids, family, and friends.

Business Architecture – Team Lead

Mike Copeland

Mike heads our pre-sales, governance and compliance and business improvement functions. He promotes a collaborative team effort and receives personal pride when an initiative he has identified and managed results in improved business outcomes and staff satisfaction. When not at work, Mike loves exploring the great outdoors with his young family and playing with anything with wheels.

Jason Piszcyk

With over 30 years’ experience in the IT industry, Jason has gathered experience across numerous technical disciplines and business categories. He enjoys learning about new technologies and how they can be applied. In his role as Technical Director, Jason enjoys applying that knowledge to improve business performance through the use of IT solutions. When he’s not thinking about computers, Jason is motor sport tragic who loves being involved in most forms of motor racing.
