Why Reconciliation Matters to Us
Our Commitment to Reconciliation
At Iocane, we acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we live and work, and we pay our respects to their Elders past and present. We are committed to walking alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples on the journey toward reconciliation. Through our Reconciliation Action Plan, we are taking meaningful steps to foster respect, build relationships, and create opportunities that contribute to a more inclusive and equitable future for all Australians.

“Our Reconciliation Action Plan reflects Iocane’s commitment to fostering respectful relationships, embracing inclusion, and supporting equal participation for First Nations peoples across business, employment, and the broader community.”

Celebrating Culture Through Art
Iocane is proud to collaborate with Aboriginal artist Kalli-Jade Wall, whose artwork features throughout our Reconciliation Action Plan. Her creative journey is one of cultural connection, shaped by motherhood and inspired by the strength and resilience of her family. Drawing on both digital and traditional mediums, Kalli-Jade’s work reflects her pride in her heritage and invites others to connect with Aboriginal culture through storytelling and art.
About the Artwork
“The five circles represent each five-year milestone of Iocane’s 25 years — symbolising meeting places where we learn from Elders and strengthen community.” “U-shaped symbols show Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal people journeying together — a reflection of Iocane’s ongoing path toward reconciliation.”
