Iocane Launches Our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)

We’re proud to share the launch of our RAP page: View

Our RAP reflects Iocane’s commitment to building respectful relationships, embracing inclusion, and supporting equal participation for First Nations peoples across business, employment, and community.

We’ve aligned our approach with the four RAP types — Reflect, Innovate, Stretch, and Elevate — to ensure our reconciliation journey is ongoing, meaningful, and impactful.
We are now in the Reflect phase and will work through the remaining phases over the coming years.

Where our RAP comes to life:
– Prioritising partnerships with First Nations businesses for goods and services
– Actively participating in local reconciliation events and cultural initiatives
– Growing awareness and understanding across our team.

A special thank you to Kalli-Jade Wall, a talented Jingili artist, for creating the stunning artwork featured in our RAP. The five circles represent meeting places and mark each five-year milestone of Iocane’s 25-year journey.
As one of South Australia’s largest independently owned IT services providers, we’re proud to invest in reconciliation and the growth of our vibrant local community.
