TRILITY is an Australian‑based water utility services provider delivering water, wastewater, and reuse solutions to municipal and industrial clients.

They operate over 140 plants and pump stations, 800 km of pipeline, and service over 600 facilities across Australia and New Zealand, employing roughly 370 people across the region, with an annual revenue estimated at around AUD $80–90 million.

Faced with the increasing customer needs to scale business and operational systems, whilst maintaining high levels of business continuity, Trility sought to strengthen the capability, availability and reliability of their core data centre services.

Trility engaged Iocane to assist with the design and implementation of a fully active, highly available datacentre topology, where workloads can fail over between data centres in the event of an incident that impacts infrastructure or site availability.

The network, storage and server infrastructure was also designed to provide the capacity needed to meet businesses workloads and growth over the next 5 years.
